Boré Ivanoff- Un artiste protéiforme, qui estompe la ligne entre l’abstrait et le réel …
Artiste peintre français, contemporain autodidacte, originaire d’Europe de l’Est, basé à Paris depuis 2001, Il est représenté par la Galerie « Marie de Holmsky » à Paris 6 ème et « Eclectic Art Gallery », London. Passionné de paysages urbaines, et surtout de vues parisiennes, les motifs « jamais vus » sont sa particularité, brouillant la ligne entre l’abstraction et le réalisme. Pour Boré, Paris est le genre d’endroit qui offre la bonne combinaison d’inspiration, de douleur, de souffrance et de succès, ce qui le stimule. Il capture des moments singuliers avec une telle précision en portant attention à la touche, à la lumière et aux déformations de surfaces reflétées, de sorte qu’elles se cristallisent et répandent leurs merveilles dans ses peintures … Les humeurs changeantes et les mirages fantastiques des reflets miroirs d’une ville peuvent offrir tant d’inspiration et de méditation tous azimuts! La vitrine en verre, avec ses doubles propriétés de transparence et d’opacité, offrent à Boré un champ de transformation qui va du simple au complexe. La pluri-réflexion est non seulement une visualisation concrète du niveau de virtuosité artistique de l’auteur mais elle est également un véhicule pour sa poursuite de l’exploration du délicat territoire de la perception et sa traduction visuelle et spatiale. Le mélange de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur produit une image dont la complexité est presque impossible à démêler. Le résultat est que l’abstrait s’infuse dans le réel. Boré expérimente dans quelle mesure il peut pousser la réalité de l’autre côté, là où le « réel » est encore reconnaissable mais devient subtilement abstrait, il crée ainsi une telle tension qu’il en vient à être un, réinventé.
Bore Ivanoff est l’initiateur du projet « ArtPositive », une exposition internationale d’artistes séropositifs pour la première fois à Paris, avec pour objectif principal de lutter, à travers l’art et l’exemple personnel, contre la stigmatisation, l’isolement et la discrimination liés au VIH.

He is passionate of cityscape paintings, and especially of Parisian views, « jamais vus » motives are his special feature, blurring the line between abstraction and realism.
For Bore Paris it’s the kind of place that offers the right combination of inspiration and pain and suffering and success to keep him stimulated and painting.
He doesn’t feel the urge to undergo a change of style at regular intervals, since his evolution was able to disclose itself, picture after picture, until he reached such a point that currently every piece of his work is a perfectly accomplished artistic revelation, where the psychedelic shamanic ritual what he considers his creation process is performed from beginning to the end.
He captures singular moments with that accuracy and attention to the fall of light and reflected surface deformations, such that they are crystallized and spread their marvel in his paintings…
The changing moods and the fantastic mirages of a city’s mirror reflections can offer so much inspiration and meditation in limitless directions…
The plate-glass window with its dual properties of transparency and opacity has offered to Boré a format that transforms the seemingly straight forward into the complex.
The multiple reflection is not only a tangible visualization of the level of artistic virtuosity of the author, it is also a vehicle for his continuing exploration of the tricky territory of visual and spatial perception.
The interior and the exterior merge to produce a single image whose complexities are almost impossible to untangle. The result is which the abstract nearly trumps the real.
Bore wants to experiment how far he can push reality to the other side where the “real” is still recognizable, but becoming totally abstract, building that tension until they are just one and the same.
